Does WooGang provide any refunds?

The answer is both "Yes" and "No". Lets see when WooGang does provide a refund and when it doesn't.


Refunds Provided:

1. The product you purchased cannot be downloaded even after 48 hours due to a glitch at WooGang.

2. The product that you purchased is significantly different from what you have ordered and WooGang hasn't been able to fix the download link for over 48 hours.


Refunds Not Provided:

1. You placed an order for the wrong product, downloaded it and then looking for a refund. Once the product is downloaded there is no refund provided by WooGang.

2. You changed your mind after ordering and downloading a product.

3. The product doesn't meet your needs.

4. Memberships once purchased cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

5. Support requested by the customer, or bugs reported by the customer. (WooGang doesn't provide technical support to the products.)


WooGang recommends that you do your due diligence and a thorough check of the features of the product before buying it.
Please note that if a PayPal dispute is filed, there will be fee charged to you which has been clearly mentioned in our Terms and Conditions.
